The Asia-Europe Meeting is a multilateral forum established in 1996 to foster dialogue and cooperation between Asia and Europe. The purpose of ASEM is to address political, economic, financial, social, cultural, and educational issues based on equal partnership and mutual respect. The initial ASEM members consisted of 15 EU Member States, 7 ASEAN Member States, China, Japan, Korea, and the European Commission. 

        The Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam Model United Nations (DAVMUN) is honored to cooperate with the Department of Multilateral Economic Cooperation, Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs to organize the ASEM Summit Simulation IN 2021 AND 2022. These envents were attended by representatives of the Department of Multilateral Economic Cooperation, the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, and students at several universities and academies across the country.
